FEE SCHEDULE & BOOKING

TOWN RESIDENTS
A refundable $250.00 Security Deposit is required to rent the pavilion. 

NON-RESIDENTS
A refundable $250.00 Security Deposit + a $300.00 Rental Fee is required. You may book up to 45-days in advance of the event with the applicable Security Deposit + Fees.

BOOKING
You must come in person to the Town Hall to book the Pavilion. Your Security Deposit (and Rental Fee if applicable) holds the date for you. We no longer accept phone or email reservations and do not pencil anyone in unless we have the deposit and fees paid.

CALENDAR
​January & February dates can be reserved beginning November 1. March through December dates can be reserved beginning the first business day in January. Pavilion availability can be checked by selecting the link below.

PARK HOURS
May 1 through October 31- 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
November 1 through April 30- 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

INDOOR FEATURES

• Maximum Occupancy: 98
• Pavilion is Fully Enclosed & Heated with 6 overhead doors to open at your discretion.
• Attached, indoor restrooms.
• 12- Round Banquet Tables (8-person seating at each)
• Enough chairs for Max. Occupancy
• 2- commercial refrigerators
• 2- 12' countertops with a sink in each. 
• Outdoor patio with Picnic Tables​
• Outdoor BBQ Grills
• Full playground, Horseshoe Pits, Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, Baseball Field, Soccer/Football field (must bring your own sports accessories)​

Pets are welcome.
All pets MUST be on a leash and cleaned up after.

  • This includes an additional 1/2 mile designed by Dan Yarger of Hall, for his Eagle Scout Project. The trails were cleared by Dan and Bill Yarger along with many volunteers in September 2010.
• Geocaches and Bird Nesting Boxes installed in 2015
  • Conor Wright of Hall Boy Scout Troop 68 completed his Eagle Scout Project by installing bat boxes, bird boxes, nesting shelves, and mourning dove baskets. In addition he registered 3 geocaches... See if you can fine them! For more information and others, CLICK HERE
